The Photographers’ Gallery: Deutsche Börse Photography Foundation Prize 2022

As the UK’s home of photography, The Photographers’ Gallery is known for refreshing and extensive exhibitions, presenting and exploring the artform from its inception up to the present day. It’s also become the nation’s base for the Deutsche Börse Photography Foundation Prize, one of Europe’s most prestigious awards for photographers of any nationality, recognising incredible contributions in the field.

To showcase the award’s 2022 exhibition at The Photographers’ Gallery, we worked with Total Media to bring it to the streets in art-orientated spots across Hackney, Islington, Peckham and beyond. Forming a street gallery in its own right, the poster displays were home to incredible work by winner Deana Lawson, as well as shortlisted photographers Anastasia Samoylova, Jo Ractliffe and Gilles Peress.
