Kelham Pride ’24

Encouraging locals to strut their stuff this summer, the first ever Kelham Pride united Sheffield’s LGBTQ+ community and allies in a vibrant celebration of diversity and solidarity, restoring the city’s pride after losing its annual city-wide event in 2018. Hosted by the Kelham Island & Neepsends Community Alliance, the inclusive and family-friendly street festival featured live music, DJs, drag performances, comedians and inspirational guest speakers, along with a lively parade through the neighbourhood. 

In anticipation of the free community event, JACK ARTS worked with local design studio Peter & Paul on a rainbow-infused poster campaign, boldly announcing the line-up and bringing some sparkle to the streets of Sheffield.
