Dame Tracey Emin, a leading British contemporary artist, is back with a new revealing exhibition at Tate Modern this February called A Second Life. Known for her honest, intimate, and discerning approach to understanding of women’s lives, bodies, and health, A Second Life celebrates 40 years of Emin’s fearless explorations and confessional pieces, with a display of some of her critically acclaimed paintings and installations, alongside works never exhibited before.

JACK ARTS is proud to have collaborated with the Tate and Tracey Emin’s studio on taking the celebrations to the streets through a multi-media campaign across London. From posters with Emin’s striking neon artwork illustrating affecting calls-to-action to creative builds painting the city in neon lights, the JACK ARTS team consulted on the design of the out-of-home campaign, maximising the use of our poster sites and event spaces to announce the exhibition.

With a full takeover of our Hackney Furniture event space on Mare Street and Emin’s emotive artwork popping up on streets in the city, JACK ARTS designed a suite of experiences for passersby to get a taste of what to expect at A Second Life. Creating vectors from high-resolution photographs of Emin’s neon works, the light builds are exact replicas of her handwriting. And as Emin’s work frequently explores memories and personal histories, this was mirrored in the curation of poster sites which features areas in London that played key parts in Emin’s life. So, if you’re in London between 27 Feb 2026 – 31 Aug 2026, take a trip over to the Tate Modern and immerse yourself Emin’s life story so far.

The post Tate: Tracey Emin first appeared on BUILDHOLLYWOOD.

Last Friday, we brought the spirit of the streets indoors to celebrate our collaboration with emerging photographer Suede.

After first partnering with Suede in August through our Your Space Or Mine initiative – where her series, Everyday People, appeared on billboards across the UK, this exhibition marked a powerful next step in her creative journey.

Using our space, The CarWash in Shoreditch, as her blank canvas, Suede transformed the adjoining Platform and building’s exterior into a riotous expression of colour, chaos, and charisma. Inside, the space was reimagined as an immersive gallery space, spotlighting the city’s next-gen creatives through her high-fashion lens. Complete with a DJ and bar, floor-to-ceiling vinyl wraps covered the rear of the room, fully transporting visitors into Suede’s technicolour world.

Amongst the fifteen portraits showcased, there was stylist Valeria Chrampani; painter and actor Adébayo Bolaji, chef Abby Lee who runs Mambow in Clapton and UKG original and MC Bushkin of Heartless Crew.

The exhibition was Suede’s tribute to the artistic community that helped shape her career – an opportunity to give back by using her platform to elevate emerging talent while seamlessly blending art, music, and cultural style into her own bold and unmistakable aesthetic.

The post Suede: 48 Sheets first appeared on BUILDHOLLYWOOD.

To celebrate the release of indie-rock duo, Wet Leg’s second album, Moisturizer, DIABOLICAL worked with Domino Records to assemble a pop-up on East London’s coveted Mare Street. Taking over our Hackney Furniture event space for one day only, we channelled the band’s penchant for the weird and wonderful, transforming the space into the living room featured on the album’s artwork.

Inside, the space was furnished with the same sofa as seen in their family portrait (worm included), stuffed toys and trippy trinkets. Fans were also invited to have their photo taken with ‘Goblin Steve’, capturing their own memento, and access to exclusive merch sold on the day. Streetside, our billboards proved hard to miss, with front-woman Rhian Teasdale’s snarling alter-ego and the band’s rasterised logo commanding attention in the sunshine. To wrap up the event, fans could relax with a warm beer before the band played an unannounced DJ set – treating revellers to one final surprise.

Director Robert Egger’s films go beyond regular storytelling and instead creates immersive worlds that are more a haunting than a viewing experience. His films are steeped in folkloric traditions, superstition and terror, and his latest, Nosferatu, is no different. The film is a remake of FW Murnau’s 1922 silent classic, and pays tribute to the feral gothic atmosphere of the original, retelling the vampire legend in a deeply atmospheric and rich work.

On a wintery night in London, JACK and Kinetic delivered a pop-up to the streets of Shoreditch, that celebrated the film’s release to cinema and invited passersby to ‘succumb to the darkness’. Inside the walls of 1 Quaker Street’s Sandbox, was a custom-built box office. Custom merchandise and cinema tickets were handed out to those brave enough to enter, including a poster signed by the film’s star-studded cast. Towering hauntingly over the space was a creative billboard of a frame from the film which came to life at night through UV lights, etching the scene into the subconscious of those wandering passed.

For fans of Elton John, a man just as iconic as Santa himself, the holiday season would not be complete without a listen (or two) to Step Into Christmas.

To bring the Christmas spirit to Shoreditch, our carolling experts DIABOLICAL worked with Universal Music Group on an immersive installation set to bring cheers across the lands. Taking over our beloved Platform site at Quaker Street, the build featured a larger-than-life pair of Elton’s specs, modified with mirrored lenses, and glittery-gold monograms, all framed by some tinsel and baubles. Passersby were encouraged to step into the build, where they were gifted with an audio snippet of the song.

What’s better than a double pass to the Champions League? How about a larger-than-life double pass, printed by a billboard, and presented to you by a footballing legend? To celebrate their official global partnership with the UEFA Champions League, bet365 lived up to their ‘Never Ordinary’ slogan and delivered exactly on the above.

Happening simultaneously in London and Birmingham; bet365, Octagon, Weber Shandwick and COPA90 enlisted legends Clarence Seerdorf, Stiliyan Petrov and JACK on a giveaway fit for the football fanatics. After days of generating excitement at the prospect of free tickets, Seerdorf (in London) and Petrov (Birmingham) revealed their live locations via Instagram. The first ten people to make it to either of them earned the chance to win one of four pairs of UEFA Champions League (and bragging rights). To officiate the campaign, our in-house creative studio team converted a billboard in each city into ‘THE BIG UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE TICKET PRINTER’ that did exactly as it said. A larger-than-life ticket, and some even larger smiles.

The post bet365: Never Ordinary Giveaway first appeared on BUILDHOLLYWOOD.

Fast-forward twenty-years and the brand has just celebrated their milestone anniversary birthday, with block-parties in key cultural locations – including our premium event venue: 1 Quaker Street.

Painted in their signature blue, the Sandbox was converted into a retail space with 20% off in store purchases, as well as a workshop overlooking the street where event-goers could customise an exclusive MALIN+GOETZ tote – perfect to take complimentary products home in. Guests also sampled a series of their iconic fragrances and candles, while enjoying a free cocktail in collaboration with East London Liquor. Expanding the brand experience onto the surrounding streets, we created a sustainable tearaway billboard with exclusive offers for MALIN+GOETZ as well as local brands and businesses.

The Queen is back, and we are here for it. While Renaissance was her first-foray into house music and celebrated the influence of Black queer dance pioneers, Cowboy Carter is a powerful and ambitious ‘country’ album that grabs country music by its plaid collar and sets fire to it. Cowboy Carter is the Texan superstar’s eighth album, and her first to re-contextualise Americana, folk and country into a thrilling 27-track journey that straddles the Beatles, the Beach Boys, Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, Tina Turner and others. The album has already topped the Billboard 200 Albums chart, making it her eighth to do it, and she has made history as the first Black women to come in at No. 1 on the Top Country Albums Chart.

We worked with RCA Records to launch Cowboy Carter into the streets of London, Bristol, Birmingham and Glasgow with a creative that featured a side-saddling Beyoncé in a traditional pose and costume.

Over the last weekend of February and into March, community music studio collective Pirate brought a pop-up DJ booth to the heart of East London, with help from our team at DIABOLICAL.

Transforming our venue spaces at 1 Quaker Street, Shoreditch, Pirate championed their mantra of ‘showcasing the sound of tomorrow,’ by inviting guest DJs, plus residents and headliners for a one-off event that was free to those who registered.

Over the course of three days, The Sandbox hosted over 100 DJs to the event, each playing a 15-minute slot in the custom booth, covered by multi-angle cameras to capture promotional content for the participating artists. Emerging DJs from Pirate’s burgeoning music community were encouraged to apply for a slot – shining a light on the brand’s grassroots ethos. Headliners included frontrunners from the underground electronic scene, including re:ni, Scratchclart and Angel D’Lite, who offered up extended sets.

Friday saw The CarWash transformed into an intimate gig venue, as Harleighblu, Good Health Good Wealth, Shaun Sky, BINA and, winner of the BBC’s UK Rap Game, LR Loose performed to a receptive east London crowd who were treated to more-than-music, with access to a bar and bespoke merchandise from the event.

Taking the Pirate experience outside of studio walls, the activation was completed by colouring the surrounding streets red and white with a bespoke postering campaign – driving client brand awareness in this key creative hub of the capital.

The post Pirate: Tomorrow’s Sound Here Today first appeared on BUILDHOLLYWOOD.
