Friendaholic: Elizabeth Day

In a world where we’re increasingly distant from one another thanks to our phones and busy lives, connecting in real life is more important than ever. For the release of Friendaholic: Confessions of a Friendship Addict, the bestselling book by Elizabeth Day about her quest to understand her own ‘addiction to friendship’, we teamed up with HarperCollins to help people to do just that.

We took over a spot at Farringdon Station with an interactive billboard and invited people to write what friendship means to them on post-it notes that were then stuck on the boards. The author was even there to meet passers-by and get involved. The billboard and project was a huge hit, with tons of people stopping to share exactly what they love about friendship and what it means to them.
