British Red Cross and Yinka Ilori: This is Human Kind

Inspired by the unity of communities across the nation during the COVID pandemic, the British Red Cross’ newest campaign is This is Human Kind – a celebration of deep human connections and support networks, giving a nod to countless acts of kindness.

To bring the campaign to life, we worked with the British Red Cross and Yinka Ilori to create a mural of an artwork Yinka designed to fundraise for the charity. On Ebor Street in the heart of Shoreditch, Yinka’s distinctive style paired a flare for design with characteristic vibrancy, bringing uplifting colour to the street-side.

Yinka said of the project that, “The future of humankind is in our hands. We all have a responsibility to be kind. I think that being kind is in everyone, even if they don’t believe it.” His mural brought the message to London, inspiring people to keep the good feelings going into the future.
