SNJO: 21 Spices with Trilok Gurtu

Percussionist Trilok Gurtu brings his celebrated, intensely melodic compositions to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth this spring with the Scottish National Jazz Orchestra (SNJO).

JACK ARTS Scotland worked with SNJO to platform their poster campaign for the show on some of our 4-sheet and drum sites across each of the cities, with its beautiful, earth-toned illustration depicting the movement and rhythm of the tablas drums – an instrument which Gurtu has been playing since aged 5, and now fuses with Western drums in his unique performances.
