Manipulate Festival 2025

February brought the return of Manipulate Arts‘ festival celebrating some of the best animated film, puppetry and visual theatre at venues across Edinburgh. The programme featured a range of boundary-pushing performances and screenings across visual disciplines including circus, mime, object theatre and physical theatre.

JACK ARTS Scotland helped bring their cosmic, pastel-hued posters by illustrator Yifei Xiang to the streets of Edinburgh, showcasing them on our 4-sheet and art drums across the capital to capture the attention of passersby – a colourful contrast to the dreich February weather.
