Justin Bieber: Justice

After a five-year gap between his fourth and fifth studio albums, Canadian artist Justin Bieber dropped two in the space of a little over a year. His latest, Justice, released on March 19th, sees the 27-year-old at his most grown-up and personal yet. With tracks covering themes as diverse as racism, fame, grief, marriage and religion, the teen star is gone. Justice has been praised by multiple critics, earning a 7.2 Pitchfork rating, with the outlet saying “the renewed vigour in his performance points to the transformational potential of love, be it terrestrial or heavenly.”

To mark this impressive turning point in Bieber’s career, we collaborated with Virgin EMI on a campaign across major London landmarks. We projected imagery from the album and its videos across the capital, including footage of Bieber on a motorbike on buildings on Oxford Street and a striking film on Marble Arch to promote new single “Hold On”. Featuring shots from the music video and close-ups of Bieber’s face, it was the ideal way to re-introduce the star to the world.
