Created in order to celebrate the undeniable power and measurable influence that Black identity has had on British culture, Power Of Festival will be taking place in Lambeth Town Hall on the 12^th and 13^th June 2021.

Curated by the Fashion Minority Report, a body highlighting and seeking to remedy the lack of diversity within the fashion industry, the festival will include intimate in-person and online events, with panels and fireside chats centred around opinion-formers and cultural pioneers from the Black community. As well as that, there’ll be workshops led by Black creatives, and a free-to-view photography exhibition – The Power Of Black Identity.

We were delighted to partner with Power Of Festival and Nikon to launch a competition for up-and-coming Black British photographers, with the winner having the chance to showcase their work in the photography exhibition at the festival and as a street gallery on one of our poster sites later this year. In the meantime, we’ve been raising the festival’s profile on London’s streets with billboards and displays on our sites across the city.
