Netflix: Mank

Legendary director David Fincher, the man behind Fight Club and Seven, hasn’t released a feature-length movie since 2014’s Gone Girl. He’s been busy with TV series Mindhunter, but now that that’s over, he’s back to his favourite medium.

Mank, starring Gary Oldman, was released via Netflix in December. A black and white biographical film about the Citizen Kane screenwriter Herman J. Mankiewicz, Mank received glowing reviews from several outlets for its performances and Old Hollywood glamour.

To celebrate the launch of Mank on Netflix, we partnered with the streaming service to take over sites in London with a touch of that glamour. With black and white, glossy billboards featuring the celebrated leads accompanied by just a few of the five-star reviews praising the film, it was the perfect welcome.
