The V&A: Marie Antoinette Style

The V&A is showcasing the legacy of fashion icon Marie Antoinette in a new exhibition that delves into her youthful elegance, bold style, and lasting cultural impact. Spanning over 250 years of influence, the collection highlights how Marie Antoinette continues to inspire design, fashion, cinema, and art. 

To mark the opening of the Marie Antoinette Style exhibition, JACK ARTS collaborated with AIP and Posterscope to unveil a unique takeover at London’s Vinegar Yard. Spanning a 10-in a row billboard, the immersive display featured tearaways to mimic handkerchiefs, printed using scented ink, to engage the senses. Created by AVM Curiosities, the bespoke fragrance offered a sensory glimpse into the opulent world of Marie Antoinette, blending notes of rose, lavender, orris root, tuberose, violet, musk, jasmine, and orange blossom. Each tearaway, embellished with the queen’s monogram, doubled as a miniature invitation to the exhibition.

This unique special build for the V&A has been featured on Campaign, for bringing the scent of Marie Antoinette to Vinegar Yard in a truly immersive way.
