KAWALA: Better With You

There’s something to be said for bands that match their sound to the feel of summer – enter KAWALA. The London quintet take influence from the sonics of the city around them, melding indie, classic folk and afrobeat to create their own infectious and joyful beats, that have won the hearts (and ears) of fans across the globe.

To bring their much-anticipated debut album, Better With You, to life on the street in London, we teamed up with EMI Records. With a creative as colourful as the record it celebrated, the mega-takeover of our Kentish Town site allowed the band to drop their sound right in the heart of their hometown. They also swung by the site for a visit – earning thousands of likes on Instagram.
