Yeah Yeah Yeahs: Cool It Down

Formed in the early 2000s, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs are the pinnacle of American indie-rock in the twenty-first century. Cool It Down is their fifth full-length album and first in almost ten years, and it’s evident the band haven’t lost any of their spark. Highlight singles like Burning and Wolf swept the airwaves as the album headed straight for the top 10 of the UK Albums Chart.  

To celebrate the album’s release in London, we worked with the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ label Secretly Canadian on a mega takeover with a creative billboard in the heart of Shoreditch. Supersizing the dream-like image from Cool It Down’s cover with monochrome print and text to accompany it, the campaign proves that sometimes, less really is more. Secretly Canadian also shared the billboard across their Instagram and Twitter profiles.
