Cardiff School of Art and Design: Summer Showcase 2021

For their 2021 graduate showcase, the Cardiff School of Art and Design brought their summertime Degree Show to the Welsh capital’s streets. The #CSAD21 exhibition was created to celebrate the achievements and showcase the strength of creativity and talent from twelve courses, including Illustration, Fashion Design, Fine Art and Textiles, at the end of a year that’s undoubtedly been very difficult for students.

In spite of setbacks faced thanks to the pandemic, the students from CSAD’s Class of 2021 produced an incredible range of final pieces and projects. Reimagined in street poster form for the graduate showcase, it allowed graduating students’ creativity to sit in the heart of Cardiff, making art and culture accessible to all.
