Tina Turner: Autobiography Book Launch

The inimitable Tina Turner is undoubtedly the Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll. A global icon with an unbelievable back catalogue of hits, Tina’s personal life has also had more than one dramatic twist and turn. In 2018 Tina published her autobiography, My Love Story, telling the story of her truly remarkable life in the spotlight – and we were on hand to help Arrow Publishing, part of Penguin, spread the word in London.

Working with Some Voices, we took over Covent Garden for a very special singalong. Performing some of Tina’s best hits over lunchtime in one of the busiest places in town, our stunt couldn’t fail to draw in the crowds. With a backdrop promoting Tina’s book, the crowds gathered and finally, to make the show complete, we were excited to welcome the cast of Tina the Musical to join our ensemble. It was simply the best way to launch Tina’s book!
