The Shadow Cabinet: Juno Dawson

Juno Dawson is a prolific, award-winning author, and her latest novel The Shadow Cabinet is a major critical success. The sequel to Dawson’s Sunday Times bestselling debut and part of the Her Majesty’s Royal Coven series, The Shadow Cabinet is another tale about a group of witches facing down some pretty scary enemies. It’s been called “humane, thrilling and often darkly funny” and “sharp, funny, provocative, and joyous” by critics.  

Celebrating the release of such a huge success, we partnered with HarperCollins on an installation at the prestigious Waterstones at Piccadilly. Creating a bespoke witches’ altar in hot pink and teal to match the books’ covers, our installation included spells, candles, potions and a smoking cauldron. Dawson herself loved the display, and it went down a storm with passers-by and fans, too.
