SoundCloud: D-Block Europe – Lap 5

As NME note, ‘D-Block Europe have done some astronomical things in their stint in the limelight’ – including five mixtapes and now, two studio albums – with each previous release earning BPI Gold and Silver certifications to boot. The newest record is Lap 5, cementing the Lewisham collective’s place at the heights of the contemporary UK hip-hop scene, with features from the likes of Burna Boy and Ed Sheeran.

To introduce Lap 5 on the streets of D-Block Europe’s native borough, we worked with SoundCloud on a mural starring Young Adz and Dirtbike LB. It got the full seal of approval – appearing in DBE’s new music video for album single 4 The Win, celebrating global success by taking things back to their local roots.
