SMALL TALK: Richard and Roxanne Pink

TikTok stars Richard and Roxanne Pink are on a mission to raise awareness of ADHD and create a supportive online community where individuals feel seen and understood. When they asked their 2.5 million followers about their biggest challenges, they were surprised to learn that the real struggle wasn’t productivity or focus but our negative core beliefs around the condition. 

By reframing ten toxic myths about ADHD, from ‘I am lazy’ to ‘everybody hates me’, the couple’s new book Small Talk empowers ADHD-ers and those who love them to break free of neurotypical standards and live their lives with more compassion, humour and hope. 

To celebrate the book’s publication, JACK ARTS teamed up with Penguin to create a unique interactive billboard. Richard and Roxanne hit the streets of London, inviting passers-by to fill in colourful speech bubbles with their best advice for living with ADHD and attach them directly to the billboard. The colourful street-side campaign also offered a free audio sample of the book via QR code and created a buzz around the book’s launch across the couple’s social media channels
