Minty’s Gig Guide: BBC’s 6 Music Festival

Cardiff’s Daniel Minty has been dedicated to the local gig scene for over 15 years, educating people on the city’s venues and local artists. He’s so passionate about music that he developed Minty’s Gig Guide, a kind of bible to the local goings-on.  

For the April 2022 6 Music Festival in Cardiff, Minty teamed up with them to spotlight the event programming in the city by producing an interactive map with beautiful illustrations of the venues by Alex Waeland. In a collaboration with FOR Cardiff, they took over the full spread of our Custom House Street sites, brightening up the streets and showing everyone what Cardiff has to offer.
