We are a creative street marketing company with a network of billboard sites across the UK. Clients come to us for our street level posters as well as increasingly 3D creative activations on our sites, in our venues and on the street.
Behind the scenes, our fleet of over 20 vehicles plays a vital role in keeping the business moving – supporting our billposters, builders, creative studio and warehouse teams as they bring our campaigns to life.
We are now looking for a Fleet Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our fleet operations, ensuring our vehicles, drivers, and related assets are safe, efficient, compliant, and performing at their best. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations, helping to keep our people on the road safe and our work delivered to the highest standard.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Oversee the daily management of our fleet of vans and cars, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company and legal standards.
- Implement and maintain fleet policies and procedures in line with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vehicle servicing, maintenance, and inspections to minimise downtime and costs.
- Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and operating costs to drive efficiencies.
- Ensure all drivers are trained, compliant, and supported with the tools they need to perform their roles safely.
- Maintain accurate fleet records, including insurance, MOT, road tax, and leasing agreements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings across fleet operations.
- Manage and oversee the tracking of our fleet, liasing with managers and drivers when required.
- Lead initiatives to improve sustainability – keeping up to date on clean air zone regulations and ensuring our vehicles are compliant.
- Training of new team members on best practise.
- Create purchasing and leasing forecasts and schedules liasing closely with the finance team to manage costs.
- Oversee the fleet budget.
About You:
- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar operational role.
- Strong knowledge of transport compliance, vehicle legislation, and driver safety.
- Organised, proactive, and able to balance hands-on operational tasks with strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Comfortable managing budgets and negotiating with suppliers.
- A problem-solver with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
Benefits:
- Salary of £40k plus bonus scheme to share in company success.
- £1k yearly London travel allowance
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and an additional day off to celebrate your birthday (incrementally rising to 30 days after 5 years’ service).
- Life Insurance and Group Income Protection with Canada Life.
- Flexible working – to help you achieve that all-important work-life balance
- Access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
- A fully stocked kitchen for breakfast essentials – including cereals, toast and fruit
