Muse: Will of the People

Rock trio Muse’s ninth studio album is Will of the People, marking a return to the heavier, alternative sounds of their earlier days. Well received by the music press and their seventh consecutive album to reach the top spot on the UK Albums Chart, it shows that even this many releases down the line, they’ve still got that special something. To launch the album in London, we worked alongside Warner Records on a creative billboard in Camden Town that brought fans and passers-by together in celebration.

In the heart of one of London’s most-loved alternative areas, we got people to make their mark on our billboard in green, yellow, and black paint. After layering and layering the personally printed palms, we peeled away taped-over letters to reveal Will of the People in its album cover font. Encouraging everyone to ‘Join the movement’, the billboard’s accompanying film earned thousands of likes across Muse’s Instagram, Twitter and Facebook pages.
