Lights! Lights! Lights!: Noel West

Knowle West, a neighbourhood just south of Bristol’s city centre, is transformed into a glittering winter wonderland every year. A long-held social tradition, residents adorn their houses with a breathtaking array of Christmas lights and decorations, raising thousands of pounds for charity in the process.  

Shining a light on the community’s tireless work, local artists Megan Clark-Bagnall and Claudia Collins (aka Lights! Lights! Lights!) created Noel West, an immersive and interactive theatre show produced in partnership with Tobacco Factory Theatres. A whistle-stop tour of Knowle West, the all-ages show tells a tale of generosity and togetherness in an “all singing, all dancing, social spectacular, filled with more lights than Blackpool illuminations can shake a snow globe at!” 

We teamed up with Lights! Lights! Lights! to bring news of their dazzling new show to the streets of Bristol with a bold poster takeover campaign that featured incredible decorations from residents and promised to reveal ‘Bristol’s best kept festive secret.’
