Royal Academy: Michael Craig-Martin

The Royal Academy’s latest exhibition celebrates Sir Michael Craig-Martin’s 60-year career, bringing his colourful retrospective into their main gallery. The exhibition, from one of the most influential artists of a generation, features artwork from the late 1960s onwards, including sculpture, installation, painting, drawing, prints and digital works – fusing elements from pop, minimalism and conceptual art. 

JACK ARTS worked with Altair Media to bring Craig-Martin’s iconic, colourful objects onto sites across London – including on our high-impact 48-sheet billboards on 1 Quaker Street in Shoreditch and Queens Road in Peckham, which presented the artist’s 2021 artwork Interior (with daybed) – the poster artwork and exhibition aim to inspire the viewer to see familiar things in a different light.
