Posting and Maintenance Technician

Hours: Saturday to Wednesday 7.00am – 15.00pm

Role Description:  

We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Posting and Maintenance Technician to help us post our sites and keep our outdoor poster frames around London in tip top condition. 

What You’ll be Doing:  

  • Posting company poster advertising sites, ensuring completion in accordance with the issued schedule 
  • Stripping down poster sites when necessary 
  • Visually inspect company advertising sites 
  • Providing proof of posting shots (POPS) as you post and upload to the team WhatsApp group at the end of each round, including photographs of any stripping down or greenery completed 
  • Taking responsibility for your van’s upkeep and avoiding PCNs 
  • Communicate any problems that caused non-posting to the Posting and Maintenance Manager as quickly as possible to allow time for a solution to be found 
  • Report completion of the weekly posting schedule to the wider team (with supporting photographs) 
  • Cyclical repair and painting of billboards as well as maintenance of surrounding sites 
  • Day-to-day minor repair and cleaning of billboards, poster, including damage and graffiti 
  • Be part of the team to build new poster frames 
  • Be on standby if work is complete for any extra/reposts 
  • Working on ladders, at height 
  • Other duties as and when required 

About You:  

  • Basic carpentry and maintenance skills 
  • Full, driving licence, you will be provided with a work van. We will accept a maximum of 3 points. 
  • Experience working up ladders 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Not afraid of working outside in bad weather 
  • Ability to record work carried out, including photos.
